Me outside of class

I am not the same in class than outside. I love Improv. I go to improv matches every week and I partake in some with my team. We play at the Tour a Biere in Chicoutimi. Also, I like to play guitar. I just started but I love it. I like to create things, to draw and to write. I also like to do stuff with my friends.

My six word memoir is: LIVE LIFE; LOVE LIFE; DIE ALIVE

Podcasts

The first song, it Stairway to Heaven, by Led Zeppelin. It's interesting because, at the begining it wasn't supposed to become a complete song. The second song is Live and Let Die by Guns and Roses. An interesting fact is that Guns and Roses did not right this song. It is a remake of the 1973 song by Paul McCartney and the Wing for a James Bond movie.

The subject of the song is the girl in the story who lives only for money. One of the main themes is greed because the girl wants more money and she thinks money will "buy her a stairway to heaven" and happiness. I found interesting that the song had such a good message because I never really took the time to analyse all the lyrics of Stairway to Heaven even thought I love this song.

Becoming Mr Hyde

Jekyll becomes Mr Hyde without taking the liquid. When Dr Jekyll tries to stop being Mr Hyde, it doesn't work. Basically, Jekyll is Mr Hyde. He is a part of him and he cannot reject the evil side of him. It is not his fault to have become My Hyde and killing Carew because he cannot controle himself.

DJMH research project

After reading the Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, I have to say that I liked it. It was a very good book that was interesting because it explored human nature. The theme is universal. The fact that it was written in the victorian era makes it even more interesting because it give a historical point of view.

For my research, me and my teammates decided to talk about science in the victorian era. We will be talking about engineering , technologie, medicine and health inovations that happened in britain during the victorian era. Also, we will talk about how this influenced everyday life in britain, and how Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde relates to this.

The website I mostly used was Wikipedia because it had alot of information and was very complete.
